Young 4 Climate is a project oriented towards climate adaptation and mitigation activation aimed specifically at students and their relatives at 62 schools in the Košice region of Slovakia. The target group of the project is students aged 15-19, but the impact is to be measured on community level, as the project activities aim to raise awareness and activate climate solutions through the network of the schools and students.
Many young people are interested in social media and often have good skills on the various platforms. The ambition is to create more messengers who can spread the message about climate change in society and help educate a more comprehensive network about what measures can be taken.
