Bilateral Green Innovation: Climate Solutions Forum

The primary goal of the project is to strengthen the collaboration between public institutions, research institutes, and businesses in Romania and Norway.

The Bilateral Green Innovation: Climate Solutions Forum is a collaborative initiative between Social Innovation Solutions (Romania), the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Romania, and Smart Innovation Norway.

The project focuses on addressing climate challenges and promoting innovative solutions in areas such as renewable energy, green technologies, energy efficiency, carbon capture, circular economy, and sustainable transport.

Key activities:

• National Forum: Held on October 17-18, 2024, this forum will bring together experts and stakeholders from Romania and Norway to discuss green transition topics, including renewable energy, energy efficiency, and sustainable agriculture. The forum will serve as a platform for exchange and collaboration
• Roundtable Discussions: Two roundtables will take place, focusing on best practices and solutions in fields such as green energy, circular economy, and sustainable mobility.
• Working Visit to Norway: Romanian representatives will visit Norway to engage in knowledge exchange and observe Norwegian green technologies and innovations firsthand.
• Innovation Catalogue: A comprehensive catalogue showcasing innovations from both countries, including a chapter on best practices from Norway, will be developed and distributed to key stakeholders.
